چکیده
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, not otherwise specified, is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma worldwide, accounting for 30-40% all lymphomas. It represents a collection morphologically, genetically and clinically different diseases. Therefore, it can be subdivided into morphological variants, phenotypic subtypes, molecular or genetic categories. More recently, diffuse has witnessed advances in profiling treatment patients with refractory relapsed disease. The optimal management requires integrated immunophenotypic analysis cell tissue, along chromosome analyses. Double-expressor defined as overexpression MYC BCL2 proteins related to underlying chromosomal rearrangements, accounts 20% 30% cases. In latest, 5th edition World Health Organization Classification Hematolymphoid Tumors-lymphoid neoplasms, double-expressor an independent entity, but been proven marker poor outcome lymphoma. However, degree adverse prognosis lesser than double-hit Although feature confirmed prognostic patients, currently no sufficient data available support intensification over standard rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine prednisone regimen. Well-designed randomized clinical trials are mandatory order properly respond this substantial dispute.

Introduction: Primary gastric lymphoma (PGL) is a rare tumor, whose differential diagnosis may become complicated without precise immunohistochemistry (IHC) and genetic analysis. Case Presentation: A 33-year-old woman presented with gastric cancer and had undergone gastrectomy without precise IHC and staging in another center. Inappropriate IHC after surgery showed diffuse large B-cell lymphom...

The authors describe a case of histiocyte-rich B-cell lymphoma (HR-BCL), a variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, in a 51-year-old man. The patient presented with large axillary lymphadenopathy. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical examination of lymph node biopsy revealed diffuse effacement of the lymph node architecture by reactive histiocytes and neoplastic CD20 positive B cells. ...
